Program - Tape what you do on PC

Anyone have a program, or know one, where I can tape what I do on the Computer? Like when people tape what they play like Unreal and stuff? I don't know if there is one, or if you have to pay, but can someone just give me an idea.

for games get gamecam, google it, not hard to find,

for other thigs.. im not sure, i used ot have a program but its gone. il ltry dig it up..
