of 10 cases (or even 1) of a nationally televised broadcast of at
least 4 cops in the country's second-largest city beating a seemingly
intoxicated Black motorist with batons while at least 20 cops look on,
followed by delayed filing of charges against and then acquittal of
those cops (as happened to Rodney King, truly proving that "At least,
