Been running Windows 7 for a couple weeks now, rock stable, all my apps
run perfectly, not a single fault, suspend/resume works perfectly on my
laptops, it's faster than Vista (and Ubuntu) and it supports all my
hardware.

Microsoft has a Winner in Windows 7 on the first roll-out even.

But it's not a "first roll-out". It's SP3 for Vista.

About time they fixed the problems.

Like it or not, Windows 7, roll-out, is better, performs better, more
stable (not that I had any stability issues with Vista), and is less
annoying than Vista.

I've been running Vista SP1 without issue and the latest updates for
Vista have not been a problem either.
