Top NFL cornerback Josh Norman inked a deal with the Washington Redskins, two days after the Carolina Panthers surprisingly freed him to pursue free agent offers. "Pen to paper! CB Josh Norman has officially signed with the Redskins," the team tweeted with a picture of Norman signing his new deal on Friday. Defensive standout Norman became a free agent on Wednesday after the Panthers rescinded his designation as their franchise player, which would have paid him $13.9 million next season.
