Reimaging an OEM Win 7 Pro PC with Windows 7 Enterprise Volum License media

Hi,

I am confused since I am reading that I cannot reimage an OEM Windows Pro PC wihtout SA with Windows 7 Ent licensing Media. But I just spoke to Anna in Microsoft Volume licensing support and she tells me that I dont need SA. ON another question here where one person asks about using the Enterprise Volume license for 30 OEM PCs one person claims that one SA license is sufficient. WHat is the correct answer. I am ofcourse leaning toward the support agent's reply - NO SA required.
