removing a threat using Security Essentials

A Microsoft Security Essentials scan of my computer has detected (Exploit:Win32/Pfjsc.YN ... alert level Sever) and recommends removal of this program. I want to remove the program as recommended; however, there is no apparent way to implement the removal action. How do I go about removing dangerous and threatening programs using Microsoft Security Essentials?
