It depends on your rep points. This might sound confusing but, the amount of rep points you receive when someone reps you is determined by the amount of rep points the person giving you the rep currently has. The chart in this post might make things clearer.

Also, the # of points you get from someone is detirmed by many things. I wish I still had the message ATLien sent me that explains it pretty well, but Ill explain it.

Fist of all, It depends on what type of member you are.

< = Less Than


> = More Than

Normal Member (Blue) < Elite Member (Green) < News Team (Orange) / Moderator (Yellow) < Administrator (Red)

Then, it depends on how much rep you have.

Someone with alot of rep, will give more points out than a person with a lower amount of rep.

Both of those factors determine how much rep someone will give you. Hope that helps. :thumbsup:

it says I have 649 points... so 51 to the next bar?

I thought it went by #'s ending in zero, but i guess not lol.
