Rep. Peter King: There are "too many mosques in this country"

Rep. Peter King: There are "too many mosques in this country"

New York Rep. Peter King, a prominent House Republican, said there are
"too many mosques in this country" in a recent interview with
Politico.

"There are too many people sympathetic to radical Islam," King said.
"We should be looking at them more carefully and finding out how we
can infiltrate them."

King is the ranking Republican on the House Homeland Security
Committee. And as an outspoken advocate of strong anti-terror
measures, he has been unafraid to ruffle some feathers in his drive to
protect the homeland.

When asked to clarify his statement, King did not revise his answer,
saying "I think there has been a lack of full cooperation from too
many people in the Muslim community." The interview was for a profile
of the committee, as part of Politico's Committee Insider Series.

Earlier, King had said in an interview with radio and television host
Sean Hannity that 85 percent of the mosques in this country are
controlled by "extremist leadership," a comment that prompted strong
condemnations from many religious organizations and from the
Democratic National Committee.

UPDATE: On Wednesday, the congressman said: "The quote was taken
entirely out of context by Politico. My position in this interview, as
it has been for many years, is that too many mosques in this country
do not cooperate with law enforcement. Unfortunately, Politico was
incapable of making this distinction."

UPDATE 2: After Congressman King said his comment was taken out of
context, Politico posted a fuller video so readers can decide.

What does King suggest we do----close them down? Would King like a
religious war here in America? He is a great supporter of war. Why not
a good religious war right here at home?

Q. How many Muslims are in the United States?
A. According to an academic review of available survey-based data in
2001, informed by information provided by Muslim organizations and
mosques, the highest reasonable total number of Muslims in the United
States is 2.8 million.

A more realistic number, supported by statistically significant survey
data comparable to what has been used to to calculate the sizes of
other religious groups, is less than 2 million Muslims in the United
States, or about 0.5% of the total population.

Estimates of the U.S. Muslim population of 6 million, 8 million, 10
million or more may indeed be correct, but are not supported by
empirical data. Such numbers may best be understood as "spiritual"
numbers, rather than actual numbers.

How many mosques are there in America?
Anyone know ?

King had said in an interview with radio and television host Sean
Hannity that 85 percent of the mosques in this country are controlled
by "extremist leadership,"

Question: How many Jews are there today in the U.S.A.?
How many Jewish Temples are there in America -----
Anyone know?

Are any of these temples controlled by "extremist leadership? "

How many Muslims are in the US government compared to Jews in the
government ?

How much influence do the Muslims have on American foreign policy
compoared to the massive influence the Jews have?

King has a problem being from New York --- Israel West---- and depends
on the Jewish vote to remain in the House of Israel .He thinks his
remarks about Muslims strengthens his Jewish support. It won't work

"There are too many people sympathetic to radical Islam," King said.
"We should be looking at them more carefully and finding out how we
can infiltrate them."

Perhaps there are far too many people sympathetic to radical Zionism
and the neocon Yids. "We should be looking at them more carefully and
finding out how we can infiltrate them."

It is based on some 2002 surveys, and shows an approximate total of
6.1 million Jews, or 2.2% of the total population. It doesn't provide
a breakdown by movement.

Man, this hits home.
I grew up in Temple Shalom in Dallas.
I recently revisited the temple, to consider re-joining.
But when I signed on to the mailing list, I started getting a bunch of
anti-Muslim, Israel-is-god crap from the Rabbi.
**** that.

Frank Arthur to join Yid Army
Why do Americans join the Israeli army?
..
What motivates young haredi men from America, France and Britain to
volunteer for IDF service?

At first glance, it would seem that both ideologically and
geographically these boys are distant from the IDF and from that
little sliver of holy land in the Middle East that is the focal point
of so much turmoil "These guys are normally in great physical shape
and very idealistic," said Rabbi David Fuchs, one of two rabbis who
founded Nahal Haredi.

One mosque is too many. Who's bright idea was it to let those asshole
into the country anyway? Don't we already have enough religious nuts
on our hands as it is?
We're stuck with the ****ing Christians and there have been Jews here
since the 1600s.
Personally, however, I think Christian and Jewish Zionists ought to
get the **** out this country and go to their goddamned "Holyland".
I want nothing to do with their idiotic apocalyptic bullshit.
Keep America out of it!
