Rep?

How many people do we have to 'spread rep' to before we can give rep again? I have run into this problem with a few people... It has been a several weeks and a five or six poster spread since I have given rep to Full or CES but I am still locked out. I don't get it?

I dunno...good question. One thing I have also noticed is that I gave a few people rep and it still displays as zero.

I know that one! They are regular members. Not Premium, Legacy, or Mod. The New members with white titles don't show rep.

The cycle does not start over. I still can't give rep to people I gave rep to three weeks ago...
