Repetitive redirection from Bing, and Malware "Trojan:DOS/Alureon.A" and my system will not...

HI, my name is Jeremy H.

I have a redirection problem from Bing to usally (YellowPages.com) My Security Essentials finds Malware on my system over and over again (Trojan:DOS/Alureon.A) and it cleans it. But it askes me too download a more complex form of the program on a disk or Storage device. I have done all that the S.E. program has asked me to do and, I still have the same problem(s). Any insight would be GREATLY APPRECIATED! My system is Windows7 X64bit I'm currently using I.E.9 as my browser. One other peice of info. if I attempt to access my firewall settings it will deni me access to make any changes back to default settings and, will not allow me to see any current settings.
