By David Schwartz PHOENIX (Reuters) - One person was shot and killed and five others were injured in a shooting on Wednesday that unfolded across multiple locations in Mesa, Arizona, the Arizona Republic newspaper reported on its website. Mesa Vice Mayor Dennis Kavanaugh confirmed in a phone interview that multiple people in the city have been shot and that the shooter has not been caught. The Arizona Republic, citing an unnamed police source, said that one person was killed in the shooting and five others were wounded. The shooting was first reported across the street from the East Valley Institute of Technology in the city, which is less than 15 miles east of Phoenix, Mesa police spokesman Esteban Flores told reporters.
