i don't know what they are for but i guess they appeared again cause some while ago, reputation points were present on the site the atlien diceded to get them out
maybe the new site owner will explain us or maybe someone else....

Yeah, the reputation points were here before but I think it was decided they would cause fights or something (I don't remember exactly why they went.) I guess there must be some new thinking behind them. I don't understand why various people have certain colours, however. Some people are green, some are blue; so you're not the only confused.

All of the staff decided this would be a good thing to try again. Qwest will definitly post about it later explaining.
