Restored WIN7 then got an False MS Authentcity Error

Had XP. Upgraded t IN7 about a year ago. Started having some issues with WIN7 two weeks ago after a "restore"so I popped the CD in and did repair. Windows 7 then falsely alerted to "non authentic version" but I went to MS site and it validated at MS site.
The problem now is that the stupid program only boots if I leave the MS CD in the drive. Otherwise it shows two boot options now; WINDOWS and WIN7?!? I ran the MGAdiagnostic tool which report is below:
