Restoring Outlook from the tray icon?

I have two Outlook folders with inboxes. One is an Exchange connection; the other is a POP client which I use for emails from a particular forum. I am almost always in the POP inbox. If I minimize Outlook (to the tray) while in the POP inbox and new mail arrives in the POP inbox I get plenty of notification ... sound, pop-up, and an extra (envelope) icon in the tray. After getting such notification, if I double-click the tray icon (the normal one, not the new mail one) Outlook is restored but it shows the inbox for the Exchange connection (with no new mail in it). Can I change that behavior? I'd like to go directly to the POP inbox (where I was when I minimized Outlook).
