This operation has been cancelled due to restrictions in effect on this computer. OK I am the admin. I just uninstalled and reinstalled MSE from the all programs list this is the message I get. But from the arrow on the taskbar that shows different apps. runing I click on the MSE icon and it allows me to open. Also even when i right click mouse and run as admin from the all programs list i still get restricitons message Is MSE working or not how can I resolve this issue??????
