Reverse the action in Microsoft Security Essentials

Accidentally, I allowed a file which was detected to be harmful by Microsoft Security Essentials (MSE). I could not reverse the action. When I scanned again, MSE did not detect the file. Is there any way I can reverse my action so that MSE detect the file as harmful?
