ripping/recording video off websites

anyone know how to rip/record videos off websites(not youtube), but more stuff like...

or the FBR+ concert series where they record live shows and put them up for people to watch

is there a way? or can someone rip -(http://music.msn.com/falloutboy) or (http://video.msn.com/video.aspx/?mkt=en-au&brand=ninemsn&fg=rss&vid=d768ee94-b9db-440a-b64f-73ed11e4384c&from=imbot_en-au_general&wa=wsignin1.0) for me? cause i know people ripped the recent PR07 shows from myspace and stuff

any help appreciated ^^

well...there's a programm out there...but you can't get it for free....

It' called the DSL-Video-Recorder

and the company name is "Data Becker"

some German stuff

well i spose first off priority is always audio, but definately id love to be able to rip the video, how did the people who ripped it off myspace-the PR myspace shows- do it? and for the KROQ ones too,cause they are streamed as well
