Runescape Membership 7-day Trial

I don't know how long this 7 day trial is going to last for but it's there!

Perfect time to do it also, the summer, when people sit around doing bollocks all.

RuneScape has changed alot, and I dislike it now. So I'll not be trying this.

This won't be out that long tbh, they are doing it to get more people playing over the summer, in hope that they get them to stay.

I predict it'll be finished by the end of the summer.

Oh and also you need to put credit card details, then you MUST cancel it afterwards otherwise they charge you for membership after the 7 days.. so cancel it at least 3 days before it runs out.

I like Runescape but they have done alot to it and it is spoilt, and I can't use the trial as I have been member before.

Yeah, I dislike RuneScape a lot now. I enjoyed it before they introduced the trade limit.

Indeed. The very day Runescape Introduced the Trade Limit. All **** broke lose and Runescape was dead.

To this very day I still thiink Jagex knew they made a massive mistake and it will not be forgotten...

I think with the full screen and all new graphical capabilities they've tried to sort of revive RuneScape, but I still don't think it's been done for them. I don't see why they didn't just run a poll on the site, which would obviously return a unanimous result and then just remove the trade limit.

They'd rather lose players because of the trade limit than letting RWTers give really unfair advantages to players making people who didn't buy gold wanting to quit, not to mention that JaGeX were looking out for players because often gold farming companies would steal your bank details and clean you out. OH AND the fact that JaGeX could have got sued if they did nothing to prevent it because in a way they are trafficking money for virtual **** that's worthless.

I agree with you 150% I think that if they removed the trade limit alot of people would come back, also if they removed the way "player killing" works now.. Soo like... they get only a couple items with death, I think that the killer should get all but 1.

But to be honest, Runescape will never go back to the way they were.

Which is kinda sad, had alot of fun back in 2005.

The 7 days members is alittle stupid aswell to be honest, It's not like the people who have no money to buy the membership will have money after the trial to buy the membership + they will only have dumb Membership Items in their banks.
