I'm not sure if this should be posted here or in the news thread. If it's in the wrong area sorry.

This morning around 8:15 a.m. west cost time, I was on my way to college, in traffic listening to 98.5 KFOX, a classic rock radio station. DJ Greg Kihn was talking about The Beatles and mention that the performences of Linkin Park/Jay-z/Paul McCartney did at the Grammys was very disrespectful to all Beatles fans and that Paul McCartney should have not got together with Linkin Park and Jay-z. I felt that what Greg Kihn said was also disrespectful to all Linkin Park fans and that him being a muscian himself sure take to consideration that all genre of music should get to together and share there music.

Now I have written an e-mail to Greg Kihn expressing my opinon on what he said. I hope that after he reads it he will learn that there migth be fans out there of the band that he dis and keep his opinons to himself.

Ok, that person may not have said very nice things, but you guys seem like you're not exactly being open minded either.

All of us, including you, and that DJ, are going to have to accept that there are going to be people that disagree with you.

There is at least a dozen of Bush insults in radio stations across the globe, every single day. But who is complaining to those radio stations? I'm not defending Bush or anything but, there are always more than one side to these things

As an aspiring DJ, I have no problem expressing my musical taste. I wouldn't be an *** about it but I wouldn't plead the 5th ammendment and avoid the question just because I'm afraid that some raging fan is gonna come at me having an opposing opinion.

ok i think that guy acted like a straight up **** and should reconsider i know he has the fith amendement but chester and pual did a good job on yesterday and it was not very disrespectful to the beatles becuase pual has his own choice and can basicly do what he wants to do with his career so that dj should really reconsider
