Anyone heard of them? I watched a music video a long time ago (I'm guessing is was from they're EP), and I was like "Wow, this band is awesome." Well I looked and they didn't have a CD.

Well they released a CD a few months ago, and I haven't got a chance to go get it. I've listened to one song on amazon.com and again, I was like "Wow, I think I really like this band." But then again, that's only two songs I've heard. I really have no idea what genre they're labeled as, and I really don't care.

Anyone care to say anything about them?

Edit: Wow, I'm convinced. I've listened to 2 more song clips, and they just blow me away.

I know them; actually I got their new album recently. I wouldn't really know what to label it, because let's be honest, nowadays there are too many genres, they all get mixed up, and everyone gets confused - I've seen a band labeled as "nintendocore" :\ can anyone tell me what that is?? lol Anyway, I think they're considered screamo/emo. I also know that whenever people hear or read the word "emo", they automatically cringe and go "aaargh!" or something, so it's better to listen music for the music, and not for the labels. I mean, who cares if they're emo. They sound good to me, I'm going to listen to them. Of their old stuff, check out the songs Translating the Name, Bury Your Head and Seven years, then give their new stuff a try by listening to Voices and It's Far Better to Learn. Better yet, listen to the whole cd. If you're already convinced, then I'm sure you'll like it a lot! It's a great album.

Cool band, I get to see them live in about a week. They are one tour with Senses Fail, so I will tell you how it goes.

Sorry for the Double post, but the last one was a while ago.. I just got back from the Senses Fail, Saosin, Alexisonfire, and The Sleeping concer.. Saosin was AMAZING.. Had I know all their songs, they would have been my favorite..I suggest you check them out and if you get the chance go see them live.. THey put on an excellent show.

Saosin are ******* amazing <3! They're actually one of my favourite bands <3 Anthony Green did a great job when he used to be in the band, but I also love Cove the new singer =D

The album is brilliant, I could listen to the whole album back to front and it wouldn't bore me. Bury Your Head and You're Not Alone are my ultimate favourites, but really, the whole album is just the **** =D

Anddd I saw them at Taste Of Chaos and they rocked ^.^

GAH I'm so ******. I thought I was going to see them, but I drive all the up to Cordova, almost a 2 hour drive, and I get there, and they're sold out of tickets. Then I went to Memphis yesterday to go shopping. I go in Hot Topic and the guy in there popped the Saosin CD. So I start singing along... and he's like "Did you go see them on the 3rd?" And I proceed to tell him how I did not get to. And he's like "Dude that sucks, they had like 30 reserved tickets for people out of state." And I wanted to shoot myself. So I bought my friend a shirt because I felt really bad for getting him excited and taking him to Cordova, and then disppointing him.
