Screen display is at a 90 degrees to the left

My computer was typing everything backward.  I have now, I think, fixed that problem.  About the same time, however, the screen display made a 90 degree turn to the left.  I am not able to find any advice on how to get it to "right" itself.  Please help--I'm
getting a "crick" in my neck!
