Super Bowl champions Seattle inked cornerback Richard Sherman to a four-year contract extension on Wednesday that could make him the highest-paid player at his position in the NFL. "New contract signed! Great moment for my family & foundation," Sherman wrote on his Twitter account before the team made it official with a news conference in Seattle. The four-year deal worth $57.4 million with $40 million guaranteed, will keep Sherman with the Seahawks through 2018. Sherman, 26, was entering the final year of his rookie contract.
