I'm operating Windows 7 Ultimate, 64 bit.
My anti virus is: Windows Security Essentials.
I have an Artisian Epson 835 All in one printer connected to my pc via usb.
Attempts to scan a document from the printer to the pc fails if I have Real Time protection activated.
The ONLY way I 'm successful in scanning is I have to go into Security Essentia;s, and UNCHECK REAL TIME Protection!
Is there a work around/fix for this, or do I have to go into Security Essentials and un check real time protection, every time I want to scan from the 835 Artisian All In One printer to my pc?
