Well it's touching BUT: First of all it reminds me of From The Inside A LOT and second and most important... Why does it show ONLY Chester? One would think he's a solo artist or something. I'm for band vids that actually show the whole band. Thanks for sharing anyway Jos <3

Ok here's the thing
I enjoy LP videos i think they make the best videos compared to artists of 2day..i get put off by mosts artists songs when i see their videos
but the songs that LP makes videos for have so much more potential as a video ,,,after listening to the songs sumtimes we dont get what we expect
What ive done we hadnt heard the song be4 and thought it was cool..but even tho after listening 2 it i thout the video cudnt be done any better

Shadow of the day was another sweet video but cud have also been better.. i guess the riot thing was bad *** but i expected sumthin with flowers and gray clouds and stuff

Okay here's my little 2 cents.
The beginning where Chester's like seminude (love the way they kinda purposely utilized his tattoos. Cuz if it was like someone completely bare, or had chesthair or whatever :lol: it wouldn't have achieved anything as effective) and he gets up from his sleep... well definitely different. lmao I found it particularly funny where he's like shaving and singing at the same time. And there were some pretty good scenes of Chester and his bare top xD I liked those parts...
Anyways, the entire video was very dark. Like there was not that clear blue sky with soaring eagles or a remarkable sunset that I had visualized... :[ Well I mean now that I see the video I do find the connection between its lyrics and the fuckedupness of the world. But before, for me, it was kind of this kinda bittersweet song with more leaning on the sweet and pure side of things. I felt it to be kind of a beautiful little fall from some climax-ish thing, because what's after the climax is always the most intricate and beautiful, in my opinion. Anyways, so we saw a lot of violence, fire, bombs, guns, etc. And Chester is walking through it all, just singing because he's ****** sick of it. (btw the way he was walking through the chaotic streets kinda reminded me of From the Inside) I mean it was a nice concept, except I think more emphasis could have been put on Chester. Because he's the one who's seeing through everything, he's the one who's rising above everything because he can tell that all this war and fighting is bullshit. But he just walks through it all, singing this beautiful and soaring melody, but I mean that's kinda all he does. Because the song doesn't have like all those screaming climaxes that you know, do what he does previously, like jump around and scream and stuff, but climax was very soaring, and just as powerful if you ask me. Iunno, I just felt that something could have come out of it in the end...
Haha, just because I was all nitpicky and whatever just now doesn't mean this video was horrible, it was very potential, and I found enough things in it to criticize on o.o lol so well I did find the video quite interesting, different, (also different from what I've imagined), but could changed if I were to have my way >=] but I don't get it to be my way, so ah well. :]
P.S. One more thing... Where's our Mike? :[ I didn't see Mike in it anywhere, so that's another downside. (lmao)

but anyways, and although it's only Chester there, it's a great vid.. i really like it :thumbsup:~

Despite me being %100 against it all, it like. It has a short movie feel to it, which i like, as the music isbalanced out with the other audio.
