Site/Forum suggestions?

Can anyone here recommend some good Photoshop websites and/or forums.
I don't want any of that beginner rubbish that most Photoshop sites post.
I'm looking for some more advanced techniques to practice, because I've pretty much exhausted all the sites and forums I use, and most the work posted on those sites is too easy to reproduce or it just looks poor.

If anyone has any suggestions, I'd appreciate them.
