Solution to problems with MSE Virus and Spyware Updates

Hi,
Recently I experienced problems with Virus and Spyware Updates with Microsoft Security Essentials. Basically MSE did not update and the Microsoft Update History showed wrong dates (day and month) of MSE updates. While carefully monitoring my windows set up after the winter to summer change of time on weekend of 24-25th March, I realised the date on my Windows system was incorrectly assigned. Entering the correct date into Windows system in the left bottom Date and Time Properties window, did allow MSE updates perform correctly and the whole protection system with MSE is now running smoothly to afford essential protection.
