This isn't just another emo 'oohhh I miss her!' or crushing on someone lyric, I had a relationship with this person that lasted basically a year. It's also about being tired of the person I always tried to be (to impress people? I don't know, but that's the chorus) for the longest time and I'm tired to being one of those people who's so fake and get caught up in their lies every two seconds.

Sorry, I didn't see this earlier, or I would of posted something.

Anywho:

Like I have told people before, I don't know much about poetry or lyrics, but I really liked this.. I didn't find it "emo".. It flows well, and you can feel what you felt.. and its something real, which makes it better.. nice work.. its wonderful

i know i kinda came on a little... *******-ish with my little pre-poem message thing. i was really really.... really tired when I posted this. and... yeah im sure you've seen nights like that so you know where I'm comming from.
