Spring cleaning

I don't hate it, but I don't love it either.

It's a chore, like anything else, and it has to be done.

That said, I started my spring cleaning this morning. It always starts with me packing up Winter clothing and swapping them out with my Summer clothing. Then I change the comforters and the bedclothes. From there the act turns into a whirlwind as I wind my way around the whole house, from top to bottom, from east to west.

I repeat at the fist signs of frost in the late Autumn months.

I'm of a similar mind. I don't hate it, but I don't love it either. But I do feel **** good when it's all said and done!

The house is the best representation of self....and when the house is clean and tidy, it seems like the mind somehow follows.

I picked up about ten pounds of dog **** last week. I've been working on the upstairs bathroom putting in new tub surrounding. I can't believe I haven't messed anything up yet. Off course I've had some supervision from some friends. Next comes the flooring around the tub and new vinyl. I've been doing cleaning for a few weeks now.

I just start moving one day and keep moving , cleaning and cleaning for days till it's done. I think it has something to do with the wonderful weather and the doors and windows open and the sunshining that gives me that boost of energy.

I clean all the time - it's therapeutic for me. I'd really like to get rid of some people though ;)
