Is anyone running a sprocket Guard? Blingstar makes one... I need to know the thickness of both pieces.

I run and ran JET's single sprocket guard last year for the XC season . Not sure of thickness, but its lightweight and super strong . Its still holding up now, but may just consider freshening up . Look them up, I would consider getting it .

I can get you the thicknesses tonight from the blingstars. The wheel side is roughly 3/8" and the inner is about 1/4 or less. When I installed it the inside guard rubbed on the swingarm. I was in a hurry to go rippin so I just jacked it up and put some throttle to it. Might have taken 1/16" out of the swinger where it made contact. So I highly suggest if you're going to start making these that you figure that issue out. Also some shorter hardware would have been nice. The bolts they supply are about 3/4" too long and now I've got 4 ugly studs hangin out the wheel side. I also suggest you do something for traction like they have. The reason I didn't buy other brands is because blingstar has the grooves for traction when your stuck on something and that's whats hung up. All I can say is that it works flawlessly. I also got their rotor guard but they don't supply the extra mount for extreme use, and they don't offer it on their website, and also don't answer the phone or emails when you ask about it for the 450R's.
