NEW YORK (AP) — U.S. stocks are moderately higher Friday afternoon, but investors haven't found much to get excited about in a middling jobs report. However they hope slower job growth will convince the Federal Reserve to wait before raising interest rates. Energy companies made the biggest gains as the price of oil turned higher for the first time this week.
