The Oklahoma volunteer sheriff’s deputy who accidentally shot and killed an unarmed suspect after confusing a stun gun with a handgun got firearms certification for field training he never received, the Tulsa World newspaper reports. The Tulsa County Sheriff’s Department dismissed the report as rumor.
