The Chicago Cubs have agreed to a five-year contract extension with president Theo Epstein, who has helped baseball's long-time loveable losers become World Series contenders. Epstein's initial contract was set to expire at the end of the season. In announcing the extension on Wednesday the Cubs did not disclose financial terms.
