We are having frequent issues Syprepping our PCs prior to capturing a ghost image using Altiris. Sysprep fails almost immediately and the setuperr.log shows:

2011-09-16 17:05:57, Error [0x0f00a9] SYSPRP SysprepSearchForUnattend: Hit internal error while validating [generalize] pass in [C:\Windows\system32\sysprep\unattend.xml]; hr = 0x800705aa
2011-09-16 17:05:57, Error [0x0f00a5] SYSPRP WinMain:Encountered error while searching for unattend file; hr = 0x800705aa
I can find little help with this error anywhere. Can anyone shed any light on this?
