TH, I really wished you would debate this issue without threatening lawsuits and being a weirdo about it. You actually have a good point (although I disagree and ToriAllen shot down your argument).
Why don't you try some good old fashioned persuasion and logic instead of idiotic threats!
I can assure you that (unless you're in the 9nth circuit) there's not a court any where that is going to heed your libel argument because some internet forum allowed a poll to be posted letting people voice their oppinions about you! In the first place, it is only libel if the statements are false. How are you goin to prove in open court that the statement "I think your a pedo." is false? Nobody ******* knows or can prove one way or another what I think. Secondly, you must also show damage. Now how in the **** were you damaged by that silly little poll? It was a ******* joke, man. Thirdly, do you really believe that a judge or jury would even care?
