They deserve this mainly because

1.We all know what kind of support THEY gave to the coalition in the War on Terror.

2. They're always quick enough to condemn Israel EVERY time the Israelis raise a finger to defend themselves. (by the way- the Israelis trained American troops in urban warfare before Iraq and some more before Fallujah)

They didn't support the war in Iraq, so it serfices to say that the recent upswing in Islamic violence in that country is not because of France's support for anti-Islamic wars... Well why then?

Islam is emboldened by their recent victories against western society... victories that we give them by tolerating their endless amounts of bullshit based on our own guilt and self hatred...

At the rate things are going, our only recourse as a civilized nation is going to be extreme in nature... We should growl at the pup now before it's a dog and we have to fight it to the death...

We are on top for a reason. Why are we so affraid to display to our enemies what got us there?

The French had it coming because of their double standards and arrogance. While they look down their noses at other western nations like Australia and the US because of their foreign and immigration policies, they are now reaping the cost of their own poor judgement.

France has the largest muslim population in Europe. Against better advice, they opened their arms and welcomed muslims in, telling everyone how accepting and tolerant France was, and that other nations should follow. This public face to the world had a far grimmer reality - the immigrants once accepted in were faced with French racism and segregation.

Muslims in France have an unemployment rate around 25-30% compared with the 9% the general population has. Many immigrants and children of immigrants live in ghettos/slums where crime proliferates.

Many/most muslim nations are poverty-stricken dumps because of the values that islam brings to the societies. Muslims take these values with them to adoptive countries and bring these countries slowly down to their standard if their numbers are sufficient. One of these values is - when confronted with hard times react with violence.

This is what we're seeing in France today. Where you or I might peacefully protest on the street, or lobby politicians, or perhaps form a coalition of like-minded people to start an employment-finding organisation, the muslim way is violence.

12 days now the riots have gone on. Thousands of cars have been torched, homes burned down, schools burned down, a shopping mall burned down. Muslims are not bound by the law of the nation they live in, but by islamic law, and that law allows them to fight anyone or anything that they perceive is persecuting muslims or stopping the spread of islam.

France is reaping their just rewards at the moment. Pride comes before the fall.

These riots have nothing to do with Islamic law... The simple fact that these people are being segregated because they are Muslim... And the US is much less leaneant on Muslims yet they have more freedom in the US and more oppertunity... Funny how things work.

And before you talk about Islamic law, perhaps you should actually read on what it is and the history behind it or it just makes you look stupid... Once again... France wanted to colonize Africa... So they did, and they is little recompensation...

Excellent observations. The French deserve every thing that is going down right now. They are so damn stupid. They still think that they are dealing with a bunch of pissed off children. Just wait until they realize that hard-core terrorists are the ones responsible for the riots and burning. Those people do not negotiate. All they want to do is cut your throat and watch you die.
