Illegal tax dodging is wrong, but if the insane tax code allows for someone to use a loophole to keep more of their money, that's just being smart. That's a load of sh t. If I have to pay my taxes, there is no reason in the world they shouldn't have to either. I do love me some money, but tax dodging is wrong. Also, it's scary what Republicans define "small business" as.
Well said, it was complex and mismanaged tax laws that created the loopholes, the Government always falls short of being able to keep things under control, get rid of the mess by way of the flat tax. Right now there is more money sitting still than ever before in history because the "rich" can protect it that way. But they still spend money to buy things even if they are not investing money.Illegal tax dodging is wrong, but if the insane tax code allows for someone to use a loophole to keep more of their money, that's just being smart. That's a load of sh t. Bring on the flat tax and it wouldn't be an issue.
It's still morally corrupt either way.Illegal tax dodging is wrong, but if the insane tax code allows for someone to use a loophole to keep more of their money, that's just being smart. That's a load of sh t. We are trying to agree with you, but the answer is not more Government, they will always fall short of the 'cure' because the bean counters and lawyers they hire to find the loopholes are always going to be smarter than the Government workers who try to close them. It just comes down to ability, and the ability of people who would choose to work for the Government instead of working in the private sector is going to be much lower than what is needed for the job. It's still morally corrupt either way.Illegal tax dodging is wrong, but if the insane tax code allows for someone to use a loophole to keep more of their money, that's just being smart. That's a load of sh t. I also say we should bring on a flat tax.
It is always "someone else's" responsibility to pay for Government right Bender? How many people do you employ? The millionare will usually reinvest his profit back into his company, hire more workers and do more business that generates more tax revenue for the Government.Higher taxes do NOT equal more government, where do you get that sh t from? Flat tax won't work 50% tax on my income is more damaging to a 50% tax on a millionaires income.
I have no idea what your talking about, I want less Government, if we move to the 'fair tax' then we can fire all IRS workers because thye will no longer be needed, that would save America billions right there in tax revenue. How the **** do you get higher taxes for the rich means bigger government?
What, the government has more money now to buy more government employees? Is that the kind of sh t point your trying to make?
No, you Progressives want class warfare, you envy the rich and want to punish them for having more than you have. The problem is while you Progressives are punishing the rich you at the same time discourage that same rich guy from investing and creating new jobs. Why invest his money if most of the profit must go to the Government? How about tax the rich higher means offset the lower tax rate to the middle class.
This is why TJ is such a moron, he cheers on the people who keeps him subservient. Then accuses the opposition of sh t like socialism?
Why should I answer your question when you dodge all of mine?So answer the question, it's a pretty *** **** simple one..
They create big programs to go with their big taxes like the healthcare law that everyone now is admitting will need much more money than predicted, one independent review says it will cost three trillion over ten years. How do tax rates distributed higher to the rich create more government?
And where are those jobs all these rich people were supposed to invest in ya ******* clown? Over ******* seas... yeah, lets keep cutting them a break, they'll do better this time, they promise. And last.. Lets say they paid ZERO taxes, and could hire all kinds of employees... where is the demand for the product they are selling coming from, thin air? You ain't gonna sell sh t and it's pretty stupid to hire more people to make a product that isn't selling.
Now how the **** am I supposed to answer that? It was a ******* tax break, I said it a hundred ******* times, you seem to have a problem calling it what it is. What's the problem with a tax break?I am still waiting on you to tell me why giving Unions a pass on the new taxes on health insurance was good for all American and should have been included in Obama's huge healthcare reform?
Then they will be "rich" too right? And just as evil and deserving of having most of their profit either skimmed off by Unions or the Government......right?And you know what.. f EM. If they wanna leave and not pay their fair share,, then throw the ******* out. It only makes room for new products from new up and coming business who DO play fair.
Considering the alternative seems to be "no wages" yes.I guess you LIKE stagnant wages like we've gotten all through the Republican years.
And there you go, class warfare, you are jealous of those with more than you, in your mind there is no way they could have earned what they have so you feel justified in stealiing it from them. Free markets are the only way the poor can get ahead, look around America, even our poor have 60" plasma televisions and cellphones with mp3 players build in. Look around the world and show me a Country where the poor is better off than America and does not have free enterprise of any kind.Nobody gets ahead anywhere that way because nobody is making enough money to actually HAVE to invest in their own business. It all goes to the wealthy who stash it away or take jobs over seas because they want cheap labor. I'm supposed to feel SORRY for these fuckwits who move jobs overseas? Oh the big mean government cut into their billions upon billions of profit.. oh the suffering!
Still you dodge the question, I know it is a tax break, I am asking you "WHY" giving Unions a big tax break was a good thing for "all Americans".Now how the f am I supposed to answer that? It was a ******* tax break, I said it a hundred ******* times, you seem to have a problem calling it what it is. What's the problem with a tax break?
Hey, the rich get their own type of breaks already, why can't the unions?
******* cry baby
"OH MY ***, A UNION OF PEOPLE ARE STANDING UP FOR BETTER WAGES...OH MY ***, IT'S THE END OF THE WORLD!!!"
.
.
I agree. And you know what.. f EM. If they wanna leave and not pay their fair share,, then throw the ******* out. It only makes room for new products from new up and coming business who DO play fair.
Ask Maryland how well that worked out for them.I agree. And you know what.. f EM. If they wanna leave and not pay their fair share,, then throw the ******* out. It only makes room for new products from new up and coming business who DO play fair.
oh wait, we're not talking about most of Obama's cabinet, are we?
http://online.wsj.co...EditorialPage_hWe reported in May that after passing a millionaire surtax nearly one-third of Maryland's millionaires had gone missing, thus contributing to a decline in state revenues. The politicians in Annapolis had said they'd collect $106 million by raising its income tax rate on millionaire households to 6.25% from 4.75%. In cities like Baltimore and Bethesda, which apply add-on income taxes, the top tax rate with the surcharge now reaches as high as 9.3%—fifth highest in the nation. Liberals said this was based on incomplete data and that rich Marylanders hadn't fled the state.
Well, the state comptroller's office now has the final tax return data for 2008, the first year that the higher tax rates applied. The number of millionaire tax returns fell sharply to 5,529 from 7,898 in 2007, a 30% tumble. The taxes paid by rich filers fell by 22%, and instead of their payments increasing by $106 million, they fell by some $257 million.
Nobody ever said it was good for "ALL" Americans. Want in on it? Join a ******* union and quit ********..I am asking you "WHY" giving Unions a big tax break was a good thing for "all Americans".
Exactly, this is the point I have been trying to get Bender to understand but he seems extremely resistent to this concept. If you make the environment hostile to business in your state or in the US, business goes elsewhere and still sells the same products here, just another country gets the tax revenue.
