personally i think its rather pointless and just like a big ipod touch :bulgy-eyes:

I agree it looks stupid I would rather by an iPod or an iPhone.

Well, despite my love for apple; I have to say the iPad is the most pointless creation ever made.

It looks horrid; I don't know why but it doesn't look right.. I really don't like them.

i'm actually quite happy people agree with me, i thought i was the only one who hate's it:P and yeah i also love apple.

I'm going to get one anyway soon as my computer atm is extremely slow (and because I don't have a iPhone or iPod) - although I agree it is exactly the same as the iPhone, just bigger.

Why not get a Mac Mini or a second hand macbook? They're basically the same price and can do a lot more and have better performance.

Personally I hate all of Apples products. I have a few ipods laying around and shit but i hate them though I will be getting an iphone because i smashed my screen.

It just looks like a bigger, shitter version of the iPod Touch or iPhone.

 

Wouldn't recommend it to anybody.

Without any bias, I dislike the iPad purely because of it's lack of flash support. Without it, the thing is basically a mobile computer without it's full functionality. My g1 is running flash, for pete's sake, so I'm sure it will run (Jobs is a fag).

iPads are good devices but they are pretty pointless tbh.

Porn producents is already making an service for the Cam Talk "iFace" i'm so much getting it.

Why do they have to put an "i" in front of every fucking product name? They'll soon open a porn site called iPorn. -.-

My opinion on the iPad is slowly changing, on the plane home and in bars in the morning I saw how the iPad can be used as a useful device. On the plane home from spain, three children were kept entertained by watching videos from their iPad, and in the mornings I saw a lot of people that were on the go all day using iPads.

 

They really can be a useful device.

I'd much prefer a MacBook to use all day, iPad is pointless IMO.

I've seen people using them, and it seems like a larger iPod, yes, but its got some differences. It's not exactly what I'd call portable, cause if you walk round my neighbourhood with one the chances of you going home with that iPad are pretty slim.

 

Seems like more of something to keep at home for entertainment to me.

But, you couldn't get a computer with a proper touch screen, thousands upon thousands of apps, and customizations for anything.

 

I'm not an apple fan, I hate what they make except their OS designs. They'll never be AS good as Windows, but they're designs always are more appealing to me.
