I am absolutely in love with this show. I watched it almost religiously when it aired on cable tv here, and then I bought the first two seasons and the Christmas special on DVD. It's a british tv series about "the fictional English town of Royston Vasey, whose inhabitants include a transexual taxi driver, a family obsessed with cleaness that despise masurbation, an apathetic priest, a gypsy who kidnaps women to be his wives and a psychotic couple who run a local shop for local people.". Three male actors play most of the parts and they are nothing short of brilliant. The series are hilariously funny while being really bizarre and sinister at times. The characters are unique and twisted, and the dialogues are to die for! I memorized loads of quotes and ocasionally I keep saying them to my friends. If you have a twisted and weird sense of humor, then you'd love this show for sure.
I don't know how broadcasted this show was outside of Europe, but if you guys saw it, what did you think of it? What are your favorite characters? I'm hoping there's at least one person out there that knows this show lol

I think it was aired on BBC 2, but I don't think it's on anymore. It had 3 seasons only, so it was not a very big show. They're having a movie coming out on July 3rd, if I'm not mistaken. I'm so looking forward to it, I just hope it gets to cinemas here *fingers crossed*
