The LP Coach

I was reading the Meteora booklet, the one in the album case.

I was surprised that most of the songs were actually made on their coach/bus! The songs sound great though. Must be a HUGE coach/bus to fit the drum kit and all the instruments too.

I thought all songs would be in a studio... Or maybe they were edited in a studio. Ayways was anyone else surprised about this???

If you watch the making of Meteora (additional disc that came with the CD) Mike tells you himself that a lot of the album was started if not worked on on the bus - there's a few minutes devoted to that at least where they show you the bus they used and the tools they used, even a hint of the start of Somewhere I Belong.

Maybe check out TheLinkinParkTimes and see if Jas has it. You'll see what Viking's on about.

Thanks anyway! :)

Yeah, they do keyboards, samples and stuff, and sometimes guitar, but of course no drums, unless it's sampled beats or something

And well there's something about this on Frat Party actually, as well, we get to hear the first notes of SIB, and a lil bit of FTI I believe.

That's all cool.

Anyways it would be cool of the bus was that big. To have the drums on it too! I watched the cd with Meteora
