top one is the day I bought it. Then just one of about half way and then the bottom one is where it sits right now. Post up some pics guys! :threadworthlesswithoutpics: Yours probably out do mine but that's fine. Im happy with where my R sits for now. Suspensions in the books next :whip:

Mods started;

After first ever rebuild (2011)

Second rebuild (2012) went to LT suspension

ready for business in 2012

When i brought it home


first order of tires, skid, air filter, tach and few other small things. Later on next year that's when i got nerfs and more.


Now

Just put on my new rims and tires tonight finally.

getting that clutch cover, water pump cover, timing plug (or whatever that this with the big hex is on the right side), kicker lever, brake pedal, handle bars, and shifter all PC'd black pretty soon and yellow rad hoses...just something to set all the black off a bit.

lol is it just me or is it normal for many to black out their quads? I wanted to black out everything on my bike last year but it seems to many do it. Maybe i'll go for black and blue combo during next winter.

thanks chronic! Just a few more touch ups here and there. Getting ASVs as soon as I can too. I don't like that ugly this I made when I took off the parking brake ****. Still needs a few more things to be blacked out. And bvet I thought this too and now that I went black and yellow Im realizing its kinda the same thing chronic did. sorry for that lol! But it wont be the exact same

Haha you can copy anything you want, I don't care ifit's similar. When I built it in 2010-2011 it was the only black an yellow one I'd seen and now theres 3-4 floating around lol.

If it's the same colors maybe I can just swing out to AB and help myself to a few parts if mine breaks :1poke:

haha well theres an idea!!! Im gunna stick with all black frame parts tho. Only other thing going yellow is the rad hoses and maybe front hubs. I still dunno about that one tho...

Not a lot has changed. Wish my phone would have gotten a better picture though. The clutch cover, timing plug, shifter, brake lever and rad cap all got done in black. Next thing Im doing is ordering those yellow hoses. Then that's about it as far as my color scheme goes. This thread might turn into kind of a build thread for me as I post new pics. But for now Im happy with how far my bike has come since I bought it.
