There is no System Restore Point What can i do

Hi All, I am Windows 7 user and i am a Software Developer I have damaged some of my files and my uniq cure is to turning one hour before. Because my files has been gone. I have controlled the system restore point but there is no any restore point. Please

give me a solution it may be a 3d party software or other things.
