Ive noticed that some people have there name and then under it a title, how do I get one????

ex. "This is an exemplary name"

"this is an examplary title"

yeah, i think i was the only person who had a title while blue for the longest time. cuz when ATLien changed it i still had mine. but i brought it up and he erased it lol.
