I just got a new laptop and I only have Word Starter, however, it looks like Office 2010 is installed, but I didn't have a product key. So I went to my university today and purchased Professional Plus 2010, they gave me 2 disks and the product key, but I was unable to download it from the disk. So 2 questions
1) Can I download prof plus 2010 somewhere?
2) Do I have to remove Office 2010 even though I never used it or activated it?
