trying to find the paid services used,installed when a spyware app was used against all my...

spyware was used and all my email accounts hacked..recovered,secured or deleted all but hotmail.it said i couldnt cuz i had i or more paid windows live accounts.i have secured and changed password to my hotmail.trying to find what has been installed,used in my name from MY hotmail account.can prove when i opened account and also only used messenger and the picture app(SKY?)family safety was used and installed,mesh,xbox,microsoft points(?) but cant find how,when or what exactly "paid account" means.i have never owned a p.c so have never before late feb early march been on any microsoft page..i have found proof of the spyware app and ip addresses and linked ids,aliases etc..but cannot seem to find the history or how to DELETE these accounts..i dont need to reset password!!!!!!!!i reset it every time i get on it seems like..i need a complete history of ALL accounts,apps and services generating from MY proven hotmail account from dec.2011 to now2012..i opened hotmial in september..Im tired of not getting help..its my account.should i just send all info to police and be done with it?...please email at Email address is removed for privacy or feel free to call me..the 20 questions ive already asked and had sent to my hotmail arent getting to me..unless no one has answered them at all..
