trying to install windows vista 32 bit and i keep getting the blue screen

i am trying to install vista i have a asrock n68-gs3 ucc/n68-s3 ucc motherbroad amd athlon x2 250 dual core 3.0ghz processor and 4gb dd3 ram and a 1tb hard drive and a 8400gs super 512mb/dual-link dvi/hdmi graphics card i keep getting a blue screen up saying 0x0000001a can some please help me with this problem thanks
