I basically have the same problem with hacking. I have 3 computers. 1 desktop (HP running XP sp2) 1 laptop (HP running XP sp3). These two were taken into a certified computer place to be cleaned out. I recently bought a Dell laptop running Windows 7/ Unfortunately, the two HP's are a disaster and the new Dell is hooked up to the same router. I have over 200 pages of what he did on the 2 computers he had over 2 days. Things have been copied, sent to strangers, new remote accounts, hidden files, locked out of accounts, very strange things that lead me to believe both computers are being monitored and they were both copied and backed up. He added all this "spyware" like Avira Kaspersky, etc. Neither computer works right. I can't get into accounts and I basically have proof that he did some illegal hacking. He did not give me any copied of the disks it said he cloned. I am extremely upset and don't know what to do. He had no business in my e-mails, pictures, music, etc but he sure made copies with "Spotmau". the desktop keeps closing down programs (about 5 every 7 or 8 minutes) They are services. Nothingworks. I feel violated and angry and don't know how to get my things back or what to do. Please help me. I asked him to put MSE on both comp. but he didn't for some reason. I also don't know why he changed one to sp3 and one to sp2. I will be able to send you any information if you can help me. Thank you very much. I am also willing to pay someone for their help. I want him held accountable.
