U.S. dealers hope Volkswagen's steps will get owners back on board

"You only get one shot with doing this and doing it right," said Lewisville, Texas dealer Alan Brown. Volkswagen did not disclose details Thursday of how much owners of diesel models would be compensated or what a fix would entail.
