Heading to Berlin, Poroshenko charged that Moscow this week had sent large shipments of military aid to the east. "Just this week three big convoys crossed our border towards Lugansk, Donetsk and Debaltseve," Poroshenko told reporters, referring to rebel-controlled territory. Continue reading...
