UNITED NATIONS (AP) — The U.N. humanitarian chief said Monday that 80 governments and 45 world leaders will be coming to the first U.N. humanitarian summit in Istanbul later this month to tackle the growing gap between the 125 million people in dire need of assistance and the money available to help them.
