UN weather agency: La Nina likely, but expected to be weak

GENEVA (AP) — The U.N. weather agency says climate models suggest a cooling La Nina phenomenon will emerge in the third quarter, but it's not expected to be as strong as the recent El Nino behind droughts in parts of eastern Africa.
